Cuzi Fresh Cafe features a full menu of brunch, burgers and brews. Chef owner Janis Cusimano opened Cuzi in 2009 as a bakery-café. It was her desire and passion to provide fresh baked goods and a made-to-order menu. She began with her favorite recipes, which are the fundamentals of today’s enhanced & expanded menu. Everything is either freshly baked or prepared… breads, rolls, muffins, pastries and desserts are all baked on premise. And high quality, fresh ingredients, including Boar’s Head meats, cheese and produce are prepped each morning.
